Subject: New Mac build system

Hello
I'm about to commit a new MacOS build system based upon MPW and
Makefile. Since MPW does not use UNIX Make, I have to make those
makefiles again.
But, I have something that almost works, I just need to make a
Makefile for each subdirectories.
If I commit this, this will add a Makefile.mpw in each mac and xp
directories, a abi_rules.mk.mpw and abi_defs.mk.mpw in src/config,
and a mpw-build in the root directory. There probably will be a
little more Makefiles or script, but I'm not sure. Is it OK to commit
? I'll update the doc accordingly.
