This takes care of the problem Sam reported - BELL does not translate
to a visible character so it is not seen in the speller
window. Requires special handling in UT_isWordDelimiter though.

As far as I can tell, it's impossible to get the content of the
computed field shown since all the code deals with a Run width of 1
and thus would get majorly confused if it suddenly expanded to a
longer string. Maybe an argument for always letting Runs have the
width they actually represent characters for...
