As there were no objections to the patch I posted a few days ago, I
have now committed it. As a result, you will have to update your
unixfonts directory and do `make install' so that the necessary
changes are carried over to your AbiSuite/fonts. Those using non-
Latin1 locales will also have to create symlinks in their localised
font directories to adobe-full.u2g and adobe-short.u2g located in
the base font directory.
I have also added two readme files, UnixFonts.txt and
UnixLocale.txt (top of the tree) that explain how to setup fonts
(including ttf) for AW, and how to set up AW for non-Latin-1 locales
(including utf-8).
In addition, I checked in ut_endian.h and removed the code from
gr_UnixGraphics.cpp that caused problems on the HP. It is
important that ut_endian.h defines either UT_LITTLE_ENDIAN or
UT_BIG_ENDIAN for different platforms (at the moment FreeBDS
and Linux is there).
