All,
In the interest of conformity and standardization I'd like to
recruit volunteers to take some up to date screenshots of each
platform and then arrange then similarly to what I've done here.
My idea is to build a table (ideally from the CVS screenshots
directory) with the following:

PageSetup| <IMG>| <IMG> | <IMG>| <IMG>| <IMG>
...
I'm doing this to make the differences between dialogs and
between platforms more evidemt as an attempt to clean up
some of these differences where they make sense.
