Changes to xap_UnixFont.h/cpp and xap_UnixPSGraphics.cpp to
ensure that the new ttf printing mechanism works with 8-bit locales
(prevents dumping of ttf fonts into the PS output, since this
corruptes them).
Changes to ie_exp_AbiWord_1.cpp that ensure that under utf-8
locale we output utf-8 chars and not &#xXXXX entities (handling for
8-bit locales remains the same as was).
