We have a greyed out entry called "Edit Headers/Footers". I
have ideas on how to implement that but I think I would better
spend my development time doing other things.

I suggest we drop that too.

Things not implemented right now that SHOULD BE for 1.0:

1. Section Breaks (I'll do this)
2. TAB Leaders (see last weeks POW)
3. Styles Dailog
4. New List dialog
5. Export/Import Abi lists to rtf (I'll do this.)
6. Fix bugs! (Of Course)

For the 0.90-pre-release I suggest we undebug section breaks with the
warning about copying text containing a section break.

It's just a matter of undebugging that code.
