However, their failure mode was a weird iconv error, which I have
never seen before, nor understood. So I'd like to have someone else
test these, and just chalk it up to a weird system on my part.

I'm willing to go without testing for the rest of the binaries, since
their user base hasn't produced enough developers to test them.
That's about 4 missing binaries, and 4 still to test that we have
already. We can do this today, folks.
