Thanks to Michael Crawford for this one.

This adds the ABI_OPT_WAY_TOO_MANY_WARNINGS option on linux. If you
enable it, you run gcc with the -Weffc++ option, which checks for
violations of the style rules in Scott Meyer's _Effective C++_.
Needless to say, this produces *lots* of output. Redirect it to a
file, and fix all the problems. Then you will have achieved
god-hood.

Thanks to Kenneth for this one.

This changes the text in the options dialog from "Look" to "Button
Style" for the section where you choose whether your toolbar buttons
should have pictures or text.
A good rule of thumb: if your translators don't understand your
strings, there's a good chance your users won't either.
