Well, the system I use is just the make distribution command from the
Abi make system. The command I give is

make distribution ABI_OPT_VERSION=0.7.$curver.cvs$datefmt \
ABI_BUILD_TARGET=deb

where $curver right now is 13, and $datefmt is the current date. The
entire script used to generate all the nightly builds is available
from http://www.abisource.com/~sam/nightly/latest/

I'd love to have a more standard debian build system.
