Delete prior version after reorg().

  M abi/src/af/util/xp/ut_hash.cpp

Delete vector returned by new hash enumerate() API.

  M abi/src/af/xap/xp/xad_Document.cpp
  M abi/src/af/xap/xp/xap_Prefs.cpp

This fixes over a thousand (!!) little leaks on a launch-and-exit scenario.
Memory savings should be even better if you actually *do* anything. ;-)

Better yet -- with all this noise out of the way, it should be a lot easier
to focus on the few "real" leaks remaining.
