Subject: Non-English ispell

With a release imminent, I thought I better mention
something I discussed briefly with Dom on IRC in case
it's been forgotten. To use ispell with non-English
hashes it's necessary to create to create a file with
the same name as the hash but with "-encoding"
appended. Vlad's ispell code looks for this file and
it should contain the name of the encoding for iconv
to use.
This should be made part of the installation process
or at least clearly documented somewhere.
