Andrew, are you interested in helping me this? I have never really looked
at the ispell code bit I think it essential we get it working for 8 bit
hashes. I think this is the biggest job that needs doing before we can
release 0.90.

PS. British English may be more widesrpead but Amercian English is used by
more people with computers :-)
