Cleans up more BeOS front-end issues:
Fixes Rectangles:
BeOS, with it's pixel-centre coordinate system, has different ideas about
rectangle width and height to Abi. This patch performs the necessary
translation.
Fixes Anti-Aliasing glitches:
The ruler and status bar text (and text everywhere else, but that's where
it's noticable) now anti-alias against the background properly.
Made more BeOS-ey:
Our colour scheme now matches BeOS's.
Text Drawing Speedup:
Text drawing is now a bit faster (nowhere near fast /enough/ yet,
however)
Once again, these changes only affect BeOS code, so if there are no
objections, could the patch be committed please?
