I am using AbiWord 0.7.13 on Windows NT. I also happens
on the nightly build.

AbiWord allows multiple headers and footers to be
inserted in the same document. When a document with
multiple headers or footers is loaded, AW crashes.
Inspecting the file in a plain text editor shows that AW
does indeed place multiple header or footer sections in
the document.

The Insert Page Number dialog (or the general Insert
Header/Footer dialog that replaces it) should recoginze
the existance of a header and footer and only allow
changes.
