Trivial fix for nasty bug in docs with section breaks. Old columns were
not removed during sectionlayout changes, now they are.

After doing a CVS update we can easily support pages with different
numbers of columns per page.

ie 3 columns at the top.
<section Break>
1 column
<section break>
2 columns

etc
