Unfortunately, it looks like lots of work has been done since version
1.9, which is the version that last looks like you want it, I think.
If you really want to change back to that format, I reccomend that you
check out version 1.9 (which can be done like this "cvs co -r1.9
fr-FR.strings") and merge the two versions.
