Many fixes to the header/footer code. The most visible are: Pressing
<enter> almost always does the right thing now. The only time it doesn't
is if you place the cursor before any text on the first line and press
return.
If you do that the header disappears until you type something :-(
You can also have simultaneuous headers and footers in the document.
Plus many other fixes for nasty segfaults to do with changing margins and
header/footers after section breaks.
