I fixed 1258 and added a 1/2 letter pagesize
We no longer install *.hash for pspell builds, since we'll never use them.
This means that a 700k dictionary isn't installed for pspell builds, and the
resulting binary downloads will be significantly smaller. Also makes my
build go ever so slightly faster :-)
