Subject: Commit: Edit Header/ Edit Footer menu items plus code.

Implement Edit Header/Edit Footer menu items under the "Edit" menu list.
Remove "Show Header/Footer". This puts the header/footer code at close to
feature complete for 1.0. Now fix some bugs and argue over single or
double clicking to jump directly into editting.
