Subject: i18n scripts not working

Some of the i18n scripts are not working correctly.
If I use the abi/po scripts to create, update and backport the strings
everything *seems* to work OK, and the strings file ('nn-NO.strings') is (as far
as I can see, correctly) updated (one untranslated string). But when I use the
'dumpstrings.pl' script, it says that there are 35 untranslated strings.
Obviously one of the scripts are lying -- I'm not sure which one.
I've attached an update 'nn-NO.po' file.
