I have just noticed that the entry concerning use of TrueType fonts
with AW on Unix in the FAQ installed with AW is out of date; we
fully support ttf fonts and there is a step-by-step description of the
setup in abi/doc/TrueTypeFontsWithUnix.abw

Also, I would like to produce some documentation for the bidi-
specific stuff; who should I pass it onto?
