New feature: import stylesheets from RTF.
patch by Matti Picus <matti@picus.org>, improved by
Martin Sevior <msevior@mccubbin.ph.unimelb.edu.au> and fixed by
myself.
Known issues: don't assumed that both basedon and snext styles are
defined....
