First: *DON'T* commit this patch.
This patch is an alpha implementation of the new bullets & numbering
dialog.
The dialog is at ap_[Unix]Dialog_NewLists.{h,cpp}, and
ap_[Unix]ListsPreview.{h,cpp}.
It still uses libglade, it's modal, it only works with
automake/autoconf, I don't think that the gnome version will work and it
does not do anything useful (you can just make it appear on the screen
and play a bit with him).
In the TODO list:
1. Make it work with the normal Makefiles (that's very easy)
2. Make the gnome version work (also pretty easy)
3. Make it do useful things (as create lists, for instance.)
4. Bind the old lists dialog to the "Customize" button.
5. Make it non modal.
6. Take feedback from the list to clean bugs, etc.
7. Remove libglade dependency (a real pity.)
Comments about the GUI are welcome!

french. I will fix that asap
