The gnome build does not work with the list dialog as I send it
yesterday. The fix, though, is very easy. Just 2 loc, add a
glade_gnome_init() after gnome_init(...), file xap_UnixGnomeApp.cpp
(line 56), and a #include <glade/glade.h> at the top of the file
(xap_UnixGnomeApp.cpp line 21)
The patch also shows two bugs in libglade that affects slightly the
aesthetic of the dialogs. I've sended bugs reports.
