Fix 1991 (Skip lines with Heading 1 styles) and now if you press return in
the middle of a paragraph you keep the current style in the new paragraph.

The "followed-by" attribute is only honoured if the insertion point is at
the end of a paragraph.

David Chart convinced me that this is the more correct behaviour.
