AbiFmt.dsp, AbiImpExp.dsp, libiconv.dsp

They should now be kosher. At least they build Debug and Release, haven't
tries BIDI builds.

A note is still needed in the readme re. the latest iconv module changes
(new header file to rename/copy). I didn't add it since I don't know
when/how/where this modulöe changes/is_going_to_change_again.
