    OK, I got the script to work by changing the abiword launch option to
    --to=xhtml (and adding --nosplash, but I don't think that was
    essential).

    I suspect that this is a gtk vs. GNOME difference, so do we need
    gtk-make-html.sh and gnome-make-html.sh in the directory?
