I have access to AIX, but can't give world access to it :(

I'm fighting against Abi build and loosing. Anyone knows a good set of
options to have this project run ? Main problem is I'm not getting
header files correctly included. Is AIX more or less committed
to standards like POSIX, XOPEN, UNIXxx to need different CPP flags ?
How has been old AIX-AbiSuite been compiled ?
I'm trying to mix a set of options to have gcc do its work, but never
    came to an end.

    Host : AIX 4.3.3. ML 8 - gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release)
    Abi source 0.99.5

Currentrly trying -D_POSIX_SOURCE -D_BSD and some source correction.
