Workaround for poor man's mutex that doesn't work on BeOS :
Added a UT_usleep in the loop (for BeOS only).
CVS: fl_DocLayout.cpp

The BeOS port now builds from cvs. It still doesn't run correctly :
it enters in an endless loop as soon as I type return to enter a
paragraph. I'll try to fix that tomorrow.
