abiword control changes.
OK there is still a lot of work before is mainline but I'm convinced it
doesn't affect regular abiword builds - except that the gnome builds now
require bonobo. That's OK, Bonobo is part of the gnome platfrom for over a
year now.
List of fixes that need to be made:
1. Allow us to show/hide menu/toolbars/status bar in the control.
2. Fix the braindead oaf IDL to not look on local filesystem for the
abiword executable.
3. Fix the rpm generation script to put the oaf file in /usr/share/oaf
4. Export lots more abiword functionality through the gtk_arg/bonobo_args
system.
5. Document every possible valid bonobo_arg.
