More AbiPaint cleanup

I fixed the quirky menu behavior when AbiGimp was also loaded (it would
put its menu item within AbiPaint submenu), also modified the menu items
to grey out when can't use and limited items added to context menu.
Change from using registry to using preferences (may not be the proper
way to do this?) and reintegrated AbiGimp unix code, so with some testing
and fixing may compile and work for Unix as well [without BMP options].
(uses hack to actually link, due to Windows plugin link problems)
