    HI Hub,
            Can you tell me explicitly how to maintain seperate stabel and
    head breanches?

    I've just made a abi-1-0-0-stable tree and a regular abi tree.

    OK now I can to fix something in abi-1-0-0-stable. I
    cd abi-1-0-0-stable

    then

    cvs update -r ?????????

    What do I put after the "-r" in ????
