changes in fp_TextRun::breakMeAtDirBoundaries()

    It would seem that the changes only mask a new bug somewhere
    else, for I am getting blocks with TextRuns in them but no span
    pointers in other places, and that did not use to happen -- that really
    should not happen because the run is only created after the text has
    been inserted into the PT.
