Commit: GTK2 pixbuf loader plugin

Loads most everything that GdkPixbuf itself can handle. This plugin has
been drastically rewritten. Now featuring:

1) error checking
2) freeing of resources
3) single points of failure (i.e. remove lots of redundant and copied
code, making #1 and #2 easier to do and less error-prone)

Only tested against nextgen.sh. YMMV.
