OK, I have removed fribidi from src/other as I have promissed. This
means that you have to have fribidi installed on your system to be
able to build and run HEAD.
I have made small changes to the GNU and diving makefiles, so that
if you have fribidi installed, you should be able to build, but this has
not been tested.
This will probably break build for most folk, but it needs to be done.
