    Thanks Jodi. Regarding the issue of correct units for fixed column
    widths, we should just copy the code in ap_Dialog_Columns, which has
    solved the problem for fixed sized columns.

    We should also change ap_Dialog_Paragraph to use these dimensioned spin
    boxes. It's a nice UI touch we should pread throughout abiword.
