o new Coquille plugin by Nicolas Mercier a.k.a. screetch
"it simply add a header to a docbook-like body
      the file is saved as:
      - a header, containing some values that can be defined in a config file
        in .AbiSuite (coquille.conf)
this file is created if not existing, and filled with some values
      - a body, which is docbook (100%)
the dtd can be found here: http://www.infobi.com/dtd/coquille.dtd"
