(Frodo) Revert includes.mk patch

I added a .mm.lo rule to includes.mk, but Francis James Franklin rightly
pointed out that I had actually hit an automake-1.5 bug. The bug is
documented (with a patch to solve it) in the BUILD-automake-1.5.TXT file,
and the rule is removed.
