www.aiksaurus.com has links... you want to go to "core library -> download"
and "AiksaurusGTK -> download".. there are rpms for 3 and 4.
Alternately, if you do
cvs co aiksaurus
You can do
cd aiksaurus/core
./configure blah blah blah
and this will create Aiksaurus.spec
cd aiksaurus/gtk
./configure blah blah blah
this will create AiksaurusGTK.spec
From which you can roll your own rpms.
