Hi,

Sorry, I got the wrong end of the stick and my ja-JP.po is wrong(I
wrote all "&" as "&"). Please replace it with this one.

Also it seems http://www.abisource.com/contribute/translate/new.phtml
is outdated. It says:

For example, "Header" translates to "Encabezado" in spanish. So, the
translation might look like this:

msgid "&Header"
msgstr "&Encabezado"

But now abi/po2abi.pl can do this & -> & replacement, so we don't
have to make it & by hand, I guess.
