Toggle indent/unindent buttons work fine now and properly gray/ungray.
TOMAS: There's a TODO in ap_Toolbar_Functions.cpp because the values in
1 if statement might need to be changed for BIDI, but I'm not 100% sure.
If a change is needed, please make it. If not, remove the TODO
statement.
