OLE2 related stuff:
I've gotten my libole2 patches pushed back upstream finally. Jody
Goldberg and I are now the maintainers of libole2.
Also contains some changes I've made so that biesi's life a bit easier
for the StarOffice SDW OLE2-based importer.
