Still to do (not necessarily in this order):
1. alignment
2. images
3. lists, & tables (sort-of)
4. bits & pieces: background colour, fonts, hyperlinks
HTML Rec. doesn't require extensive colour name support (How many
web designers specify "lightgoldenrodyellow"?) but I had a list of SVG
colour names to hand so I used them.
o HTML importer: bug fixes & more basic functionality
- strip whitespace if not in <pre>
- support <font color="#abc123"> & <font color="turquoise">
- <ins>,<del>,<sub>,<sup>,<big>,<small>
