Had Cocoa AbiWord running for first time on my machine :-) Can't wait to
see it working fully...
Main change here is to have "make install" create the bundle in a
configurable prefix.
Also, there's a shell-script (ac-helpers/cocoa-sh) which is a wrapper for
configure.
o Cocoa build system work
- fix Carbon/Cocoa/Platform interference in includes.mk
- define OBJCXX* in configure.* - possibly affects only me
- substitute current version in Info.plist
- nibs are handled by GNUmakefile.am in own directory
- "make" no longer constructs bundle - use make install
- "make install" constructs bundle in $prefix/AbiWord.app
- "prefix=/path/Apps ./ac-helpers/cocoa-sh" wraps configure
