Commit: GTK2 branch compiles, links, (sort-of) works

After 73 ASSERTS and several GDK warnings, AbiWord pops up. It then
draws stuff, dialogs show up, etc... Even with pretty new dialogs and
stuff. Mandatory screenshot attached. Now it needs lots of love, and
then it can all be back-ported. Or if people would like, back port it,
and then show it lots of love. I *seriously* doubt that everything
works. I'm more confident that much of it is quite broken. Still, *lots*
of stuff does work, and I feel like I've made a nice accomplishment :)
