    Win32 curlhash makefile support and en-US fix for bug 3590

    Adds my Win32 makefile changes for libcurl, as required for the
    automatic hash downloader. Feel free to improve upon them.
    Attached Makefile.abi should be placed in a peer libcurl\lib
    (where libcurl being the directory curl library is extracted to).

    The applied fix and attached patches for bug 3590 (duplicate
    accelerator/hot keys used in Edit menu for english) removes the
    & from clear; as c,l,e,a, and r are all used in other strings
    as the accelerator and del is probably the more common used key.
    Attached en-strings.diff provides the same fix for the three
    string files en-AU, en-GB, en-IE. [String files tested via environment
    override, set LANG=en-??, but should be fine using normal method.]
    This should probably be applied to stable as well.
