Problems compiling wv under Win32

    Hello guys,

    I had follow the new INSTALL instructions under the directory WV but I
    cannot compile this module anymore (I worked fine before). I'm using win32
    with vc++ 6. After running . /configure I does not detect Cygwin and it
    refuses to compile. Any idea?
