cd abi/src/wp/ap/; cp ap_TB_LabelSet_en-US.h ap_TB_LabelSet_xx-YY.h
edit both and compare.
Then edit ap_TB_LabelSet_Languages.h and add (in the end)
#include "ap_TB_LabelSet_xx-YY.h"

send to the mailing listthe file generated with:
cvs diff -u > tb_labels_xx-YY.diff
