Commit: EV_EditMethodContainer support removeMethod now

Only for dynamically added methods, like the ones that plugins declare.

ScriptHappy uses this now to unregister itself. The other plugins need
to use this call on unload() and need to remove themselves from the menu
structures as well. I'll work on this.
