Bugfix #2845 - occurs as the LISTBOX control was using hte LBS_SORT style
which resorts the data and messes up sync with the XP Language list. I
removed the style - but the data may not be sorted correctly for users.
Either create a routine to sort in XP correctly or we will live with bad
sort. At least user gets data selected.
